Ospneminae are a group of bacteria that belong to the family Eubacteriaceae and have a characteristic cell wall made up of polypeptide chains, known as polynucleotide repeats. These bacteria are found in the gut microbiota of most humans, but they also inhabit the lining of many other body cavities such as the mouth, vagina, and rectum.
